Please check that the back of the phone is centered in the center of the wireless charging board. When there are inclusions between the mobile phone and the wireless charging pad, it may not be able to charge normally. Please check the back shell of the phone. If the protective phone cover is too thick, it may hinder wireless charging. It is recommended to remove the phone cover and try to recharge. Please use the original Samsung charger. If you use a non-original charger, you may not be able to charge normally.
First in the open phone butler, click to enter the lower rightAngle, as shown in the picture below.
