1. Unpack. The bag should be removed in the operating room according to the aseptic procedure. The nurse should tear the paper plastic bag at the handle position, open the PE bag, and expose the handle for the surgeon to take.
2. Connection of saline bag. Gently tear the connecting tube from the middle and insert the bottle needle into the saline bag. The nurse should determine the capacity of the saline bag according to the actual needs of the operation, usually 500mL. If the operation time is longer and there is more bleeding, a larger size can be selected and multiple saline bags can be used.
After connection, release the stop clamp and press the green button of this product (flush valve) to fill the entire line with saline.
3, negative pressure suction device connection. Connect the connector of this product to the negative pressure aspirator in the operating room, adjust the negative pressure to 450mmHg (0.06MPa), press the white button, if you hear the \"hiss\" sound of attracting air, it means that the connection is successful
2. Intraoperative irrigation aspiration
The main function of the disposable irrigation drainage tube (irrigation aspirator) is to clean the surgical field, so irrigation and suction are the two most important actions in the use of this product.
If it is found that a surgical area affects the surgeon's visual field and needs to be cleaned, the metal flushing pipet should be immediately aimed at the surgical area, and the green button should be held down. The saline will flow to the surgical area by natural gravity. As the liquid level continues to rise, the green button can be released when the surgeon thinks that the area has been rinsed, and the flushing operation will stop.
Next, the attraction operation is performed. Extend the metal tube below the liquid level, press and hold the white button (suction valve), then the liquid will be quickly sucked away, until the liquid is all attracted clean, release the white button, that is, stop attracting. Pay special attention here, wait until the liquid is all attracted clean, should immediately release the white button, not excessive suction, otherwise the pneumoperitoneum will be sucked small, affecting the continuity of the operation.
