The outbreak of power batteries is also related to the outbreak of new energy vehicles in China, and in 2021, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China reached 3.545 million and 3.521 million, respectively, an increase of 1.6 times. The growth rate of power batteries is consistent with that of new energy vehicles.
In terms of specific manufacturer rankings, Ningde Times is still China's power battery giant, firmly occupying more than half of the market share, BYD only relies on its own car brand, rushed to the second position of China's power battery manufacturers, and became China's new energy vehicle sales crown.
In 2021, the installed capacity of power battery in Ningde Era is 80.51GWh, accounting for 52.1% of the market; Byd's loading capacity was 25.06GWh, accounting for 16.2% of the market; Ranked third is China Chuang Singapore Airlines (AVIC lithium battery), the loading capacity of 9.05GWh, the market share of 5.9%.
