Hezhang to Liupanshui (Shuicheng) Expressway is a key planning and construction project in Guizhou Province. The line starts at the southwest Boguo Tree of Hezhang County, Bijie City, connects with Ring Road K10 385, starting point pile K0 000, and connects with Biwei Expressway through Ring Road. After that, the route is wired along the south-to-east direction through Shaguanzhai, and a 2,320m-long Sanchaigou tunnel is set up to pass through Sanchaigou. After exiting the tunnel, follow the terrain along the southwest slope of Dushan Mountain, pass the Qingtou, and set up the Rhinoceros Pond continuous rigid structure bridge with a main span of 3-200 meters to cross the deep ditch. After exiting the bridge, continue the exhibition line uphill along the left bank of Paper Changgou, and set up a 4,600-meter long tunnel to cross the Dagubar pass. After passing out of the pass, the route along the smooth terrain will connect with County road X013 at K23 930 on the west side of Xingfa Yi and Miao Nationality Township. After leaving the pass, the route will continue to downhill, route in the south-southeast direction, pass Qingkou, Liluo, and set up the Zhijie Tunnel with a total length of 1980 meters to Zhijie Township, and then set up the Zhijie Interchange at K35 600 on the east side of Zhijie Township. After leaving Zhijie Street, route the wiring along the Zhijie River into Liupanshui via Awizhai Village, then to Muguo via Panxiong. On the west side of Muguo Township, Lengshuihe River continuous Ganggou Bridge with a main span of 120 meters crosses the Lengshuihe Canyon; on the west side of Nafu, Faluo Bridge with a main span of 3-200 meters crosses the deep river ditch and interconnects with Chenafu; on the west side of Nafu, route the wiring along the west hillside of Wangjiazhai. After leaving Wangjiazhai, a large river bridge with a main span of 3-200 meters and a large river bridge with a main span of 4-120 meters will be set up at the intersection of Chongluo River and the big river, and a large river bridge with a main span of 3-200 meters will be set up to cross the big river. Then the route passes through Ushazhai to Yangchangpo sheep farm interconnecting, and ends at Liuwei Expressway.
The total length of the line is 69.78 kilometers, and the estimated investment is 6.252 billion yuan. The Heshui Expressway runs through the whole Wumeng Mountain area, with complex geological structure, deep mountains and valleys, ravines and ravines, numerous rivers, and obvious development of karst landforms, making construction extremely difficult.
