1. Effect drawing design
Our company's design team provides design renderings of various ceramic products according to customers' customized needs, and the corresponding business manager is responsible for communicating and following up with customers during the design process of the entire renderings. In the entire design process of custom effect drawing, we will modify according to customers' opinions until customers are satisfied with the final draft.
2, product proofing
After the preliminary price, production process and production period of customized products are basically confirmed, the customer needs to pay the proofing fee in advance before proofing (in the later mass production, the proofing fee can be offset against the loan). During the proofing period, we will send the produced samples to the customer for confirmation by taking photos or mailing them. According to the customer's suggestions and requirements, the samples can be modified appropriately.
3. Sign the contract
The two sides reach an agreement, sign a contract, and then pay a deposit to start mass production
4. Mass production
In the production process, there are special documentary personnel, timely feedback to the customer progress.
5. Inspection and delivery
Ensure that the quality of each product is qualified, and then carry out safe packaging to ensure the quality of the product, the customer pays the final payment after delivery.
6. Feedback and confirmation
When the customer receives the goods, it is necessary to check whether there is any damage in time. If there is any damage in the logistics, take a photo for verification. We will bear the damage in the logistics and replenish the goods for the customer. During the use of the product, we will maintain timely communication with customers and return visits, if there is a product quality problem, we will give a timely solution to ensure that customers have no worries.
Depending on customer requirements, the overall customization process takes about 15 to 30 days.
