1. Warehouse layout
The layout of the warehouse is to scientifically solve the layout problem of the warehouse area according to the overall design requirements of the warehouse, including the specific arrangement of the main business places, auxiliary business places, office places in the living area, living places and other ancillary facilities.
The layout of the main business places should focus on warehouses, sheds and freight yards for the storage of goods. The layout of the warehouse should be grouped according to the category and safety nature of the stored goods. Between each group, consideration is also given to the nature of the business, the size of the throughput, and the proper flow of the job.
The layout of the auxiliary business place is to serve the main business place and should be close to the main business place. The place where the packaging materials are stored should be adjusted near the packaging place to facilitate the receipt of the materials; The place of storage of mat articles shall be located in a place with convenient access and close to the place of storage of articles.
The layout of the living area should generally be separated from the business places in the reservoir area, and a separate entrance and exit should be set up.
2. Vertical layout of warehouse
The vertical layout of the warehouse is to determine the elevation (elevation) limit on the warehouse building. When building the warehouse, the natural undulating terrain on the site should be appropriately transformed according to local conditions, so as to meet the loading and unloading requirements between the buildings, warehouses and freight yards in the reservoir area, and reasonably solve the drainage problem of the site.
3. Warehouse supply and drainage water layout
Warehouse supply and drainage are mainly domestic water and fire water. Drainage of reservoir area includes two aspects:
(1) Flood control problems to prevent floods outside the warehouse from flooding the warehouse
(2) Drainage problems of the reservoir area, that is, domestic sewage and rainwater are discharged out of the reservoir
