Before welding, the diesel oil tank needs to be cleaned with soapy water (or washing powder water), and then the following treatment can be welded. Open the oil drain switch of the oil tank and discharge the oil storage, close the oil drain switch and the oil supply switch at the same time, remove the oil tank cap, fill the soapy water or washing powder water, and then connect the air pump hose with the nozzle, and the lower part of the nozzle into the bottom of the oil tank. When the air pressure of the air pump cylinder rises to 0.6 ~ 0.7MPa, open the gate valve, so that the high-speed air rush from the jet hole into the bottom oil layer of the tank, so that the diesel shock and splash up, so as to wash the inside of the tank. During the cleaning process, the air pressure of the air storage tank should be maintained at 0.4 ~ 0.5MPa. In order to prevent the cleaning liquid from ejecting the tank, the tank mouth should be blocked with gauze so as not to affect the left and right swing of the nozzle. Close the gate valve of the gas storage tank, take out the nozzle, drain the cleaning liquid in the oil tank, add tap water, and clean it once more according to the above method. After cleaning, clean the oil tank. After the welding is completed, the oil tank is repeatedly cleaned with diesel oil not less than 2 times before the diesel can be loaded.
Before welding, the residual oil must be cleaned, otherwise it is very likely to cause an explosion in the welding, generally can use high temperature steam or special cleaning oil chemicals, but can never use a kind of oil to dissolve and clean another kind of oil, generally using oxygen welding or electric welding for welding. Tip: Pay attention to wearing labor protection products when welding.
