(2) The copper pipe is fixed with a diameter of 8 full wire round steel hangers. When the copper pipe is installed horizontally, the pipe diameter is greater than 20mm, the distance between the support hangers should not be greater than 2m. When the diameter of the refrigerant pipe is less than 20mm, the spacing of the support hanger should not be greater than 1.2m; When the copper pipe is installed vertically, when the pipe diameter is less than 20mm, the distance between the support and hanger should not be greater than 3m; When the diameter of the refrigerant pipe is greater than 20mm, the distance between the supports and hangers should not be greater than 2m.

(3) Welding of copper pipes. When welding vertically or horizontally, it is recommended to fill the distribution pipe with about 0.05Mpa nitrogen to flush away the air in the distribution pipe. Nitrogen is used for protection during welding to prevent oxides generated during welding. After welding is complete, you can blow with nitrogen instead of spraying with cold water to avoid sudden cracks in the welding joints

(5) Flushing of piping In the installation and construction process, there will inevitably be dust and water into the pipe, so the pipe must be washed after the construction of the pipe. (Note that the gas used can only be nitrogen, not other gases, such as refrigerant or carbon dioxide will have the risk of condensation, with oxygen will have the risk of explosion).

(6) When the refrigerant pipe is not connected to the equipment, the refrigerant pipe mouth should be wrapped and capped to prevent moisture, dirt, dust and other impurities from entering the refrigerant pipe.

Installation specification for condensate system

(1) The height of the fixed clip of the hanger should be adjustable to ensure that the slope is straight. Hanger spacing: horizontal pipe 1.0 meters, vertical pipe 2.0 meters, each riser shall not be less than two.
< br >
(2) The slope of the condensate pipe is not less than 0.5%, and the slope shall not be reversed.
< br >
(3) Drainage pipes are not allowed to be connected with sewage pipes or other drainage pipes, and should be discharged separately in principle.
< br >
(4) Do not bundle the drain pipe with the refrigerant pipe.
< br >
(5) The highest point of the drainage pipe should be provided with a vent hole to ensure the smooth discharge of condensed water.

(6) After the completion of the pipeline connection, water test and full water test should be done. On the one hand, check the smooth drainage, on the other hand, check whether it leaks.

(7) The branch pipe and the main pipe should be connected above or from the side of the main pipe.

(8) The supervisor shall select the appropriate pipe diameter. According to the increase of the number of connected indoor units, the pipe diameter should be increased accordingly.

(9) The connection of the water pipe (direct, elbow, tee) must be bonded with U-PVC glue to ensure no water leakage. The connection to the machine must be firmly bonded and insulated.

(10) The machine with the pump must be set up a water trap.

(1) The selection of insulation materials must meet the relevant technical requirements. Do not change the brand and thickness without permission.

(2) The insulation material at the body drain must be glued to the body to prevent condensation.

(3) The joints of the thermal insulation materials should be glued firmly with glue or black tape. To prevent moisture from entering, causing condensation.

(4) Parallel gas and liquid distribution pipes must be insulated separately, and cannot share one insulation pipe.

(5) If there is a need for wrapping tape, it should be wrapped tightly, no leakage bag, and the dressing should be repeated at the wall.
