Take 25g of the sample, place it in a clean water screen, immediately rinse it with fresh water until most of the fine powder passes through (the screen should be inclined to swing when washing, not only to avoid spilling too much water out of the screen, but also to prevent the cement from covering the screen so that the water cannot pass through the screen) on the water screen stand, and the sprinkler with water pressure of 0.05MPa±0.02MPa should be continuously washed for 3min. After sifting, use a small amount of water to wash the sifting residue into the evaporating dish (or drying sample pan), and so on, after all the cement particles have settled, carefully pour out the upper water, dry, and weigh the sifting residue with a balance, and then calculate the sifting residue percentage.

Notes for cement fineness water screening experiment:

1, the cement sample is fully mixed, through the 0.9mm square hole sieve, record the sieve residue, to prevent the sieve mixed into other cement.
