To discharge the air of the water separator, you first need to put the water separator in the pool to ensure that there is no water inside the water separator.
Then, open the outlet valve of the water distributor and let the air flow out through the pipe.
In the process of air discharge, you can gently shake the water distributor to help the air flow out smoothly.
If there is too much water inside the water distributor, you can reverse the water distributor or gently pat the water distributor to let the water out, so that the air can be more effective.
Finally, wait until there is no water and air inside the water separator, and then close the outlet valve, so that the step of releasing air from the water separator is completed. After the air is released, the water distributor can be reused to ensure its normal operation.
There are two ways to let off air from a water separator.
The first is to use the principle of water pressure, the water distributor is inverted, and then gently unscrew the valve below, and wait for a period of time, the air will be discharged through the valve.
The second method is to use compressed air, an air pump can be connected to the water inlet of the water separator, by filling the water separator into the way to discharge the internal air.
Both of these methods can effectively drain the air in the water separator and ensure that the water flow is unimpeded. When performing operations, you must be careful to avoid accidents.
The method of discharging air from the water separator is as follows:
Open the water pipe on each line of the water distributor, and open the exhaust valve on any line of the water pipe to exhaust the air until it can not be discharged.
Close the exhaust valve, check the other valves for leakage, and then close them one by one.
If the temperature in the room is not uniform, you can open each water pipe on the water distributor one by one, and open the exhaust valve on any one of the water pipes to exhaust the air until it can not be discharged.
If the room temperature is still uneven, you can close other valves one by one.
The purpose of the water separator is to remove the air in the geothermal pipeline and make the hot water circulation more smooth.
