Do wireless charging products have to support Samsung private protocol PPDE?

This is not necessary! Support for Samsung Private Protocol PPDE or any other PPDE is not mandatory. However, wireless chargers that support Samsung private protocol PPDE must be tested to ensure that these chargers are safe to charge or use mobile phones that support Samsung private protocol PPDE.
