If the Tesla overcharge of the electric car is insufficient, then the owner's overcharge account balance is insufficient. If your Tesla Supercharger account is in arrears, you won't be able to charge it with the Supercharger during the chargeback period. Tesla will suspend your Supercharge access when your account is overcharged until your account is paid off.
